Main Feast of St. Augustine and St. Michael the Archangel (Forane Festival)
The main feast of the parish is the Feast of St. Augustine, the Parish Patron and St. Michael the Archangel, celebrated on the third Sunday of November. Popularly known as the “Vrischika Maasathile Perunnal” (Feast of November), it has been conducted without interruption since 1873.
Feast of St. Sebastian at Sacred Heart Chapel, Anthinad
Every year, the feast of St. Sebastian is celebrated here with great reverence and devotion and the local workers and traders here take it as their own ‘ perunnal’.
Feast of St. Little Therese at Cherupushpam Chapel, Pravithanam
The feast of St. Therese is solemnly celebrated here every year with deep devotion.A notable part of the celebration is the devotional procession that leads to the Sacred Heart Chapel of Anthinad, which draws participation from numerous faithful and remains a cherished tradition of the parish.
