Pravithanam St. Augustine’s Forane Church follows the traditional Syro-Malabar parish administrative structure, led by the parish priest (vicar), who is the spiritual head and administrative coordinator of the parish. As a Forane church, it also oversees the spiritual and administrative needs of neighboring parishes within its forane boundary.

The Parish Pastoral Council, consisting of elected and nominated members from various wards (kudumbakoottaymas), plays a  vital role in planning and implementing parish activities, liturgical celebrations, faith formation, and community development.

The present vicar of the Pravithanam parish is Very.Rev. Fr. George Velooparambil. He is assisted by Rev. Fr. George Polachira Kunnumpuram and Rev. Fr. Antu Kolliyil as co-pastors. To support the parish’s daily administration, four trustees actively serve in leadership roles.The trustees of the present tenure are Mathews P. Abraham  Puthiyidam, Johnny Joseph Paikkattu,Joff Thomas Velliyappallil, and Jimmichen C. A. Chandrankunnel.
